The Jenny Life, Inc. website located at jennylife.com, the Jenny Life mobile apps, including the Jennylife® apps available in Apple iTunes and Google Play, the JennyVax™ apps available in Apple iTunes and Google Play, the JennyLifeRx apps available in Apple iTunes and Google Play, and their features are intended solely for use by United States residents who are at least 18 years of age and have otherwise reached the age of majority in his/her state. Jenny Life does not operate in countries or jurisdictions outside of the United States and it exclusively offers it services to residents of or people living within the United States.

By accessing the Jenny Life, Inc. website and/or app and their features, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into these Terms of Use and that you meet all eligibility requirements. By accessing the website or apps, you agree to be bound to these Terms of Use and our Online Privacy Policy.

• Prescription discount savings (JennyLifeRx) are disseminated on behalf of Jenny Life by our partner SingleCare who administrates the program.

Product information and descriptions contained on this website and within our mobile apps are not intended to be complete descriptions of all applicable terms, exclusions and conditions, but are provided solely for general informational purposes. Please refer to the actual policy, vaccination history, or prescription for complete details regarding coverage of a particular policy, scheduled requirements for immunization, or pharmacist recommendations. Life insurance policies may not be available in all states. A policy's approval is not guaranteed and is subject to personal health history and specific underwriting guidelines of the specific insurance company issuing the policy. You may not be eligible for all products or services and the issuing insurance company can determine eligibility in accordance with its underwriting guidelines and as permitted by applicable law.  Jenny Life, Inc. (JennyLifeRx product) does not make suggestions for specific drugs to treat any condition and merely acts as a clearinghouse for access to participating pharmacies that are part of a prescription discount program administrated by SingleCare.

You are solely responsible for all service fees and charges from your carrier or network provider, as well as any necessary equipment or software requirements, associated with accessing our website and any of its interactive features through your mobile device.  For example, when using the JennyLifeRx app(s) you can send the prescription discount card to any mobile number and that could possibly incur text and data charges.

The fact that we provide a link to a third party website does not necessarily mean that we endorse, authorize or sponsor that website, or that we are affiliated with the third party website's owners or sponsors. In addition to the Jenny Life, Inc. website and apps, we may use Jenny Life, Inc. branded social media pages, on sites such as Facebook and Twitter, to promote and share Jenny Life, Inc. events, developments and other news. Any content that you post on these social media pages will be considered non-confidential and non- proprietary. By posting any content to our social media pages, you grant Jenny Life, Inc. the right to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any such material for any purpose. By posting any content to our social media pages, you represent that you own or control all rights in the content. Any content posted must comply with our content standards. We are not responsible and assume no liability for content displayed on any Jenny Life, Inc.-branded social media pages that may be provided by another party.

OTHER AGREEMENTS
